Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT. Deliveries Salvera offers delivery costs via Postnord with delivery costs from 19 SEK. After we receive your order, it is packaged and sent within 3-6 working days. The time for received delivery can in abnormal cases take longer than 14 days. If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you by email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. ​

Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective upon delivery or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. We always strive for you as a customer to be satisfied and therefore we want you to contact us before any return. ​

14-day open purchase
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or a major part of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box. If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being of lesser value, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item from the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
